How to block people on facebook

Hi Amigos,

Block user on Facebook



If you are mistakenly added unknown people on facebook or some people who are spamming you continously, or you dont want to get any updates from the person you dislike, you can block them so that they cant see your account on Facebook.

To block a particular person on the facebook follow the below steps:





1. Login into your facebook account.


2. Go to>> Account ( See at the top right corner), now click on Privacy Settings, you will get a page.

3. Now find Block list Tab ( See at the bottom of the page), click on Edit your lists.

4. Now you will get Choose Your Privacy Settings page, here you can block person, his/her application requests and events.

5. To block a particular person enter his/her Facebook name or Email Id and click on Block This User Tab.

6. You will get a window, now click on Block Tab..(Tada!! Now you blocked the person you dislike!!)

> Eat 5-6 soaked almonds in the morning everyday. Almond is a source of many nutrients which helps enhance the memory power & cognitive skills.

> Sit in a relaxing position and take six deep and calming breaths in 30 seconds. This can help reduce your blood pressure.

> To lose weight, choose skimmed milk over whole milk. It can bring down your saturated fat intake while still providing you protein & calcium.

> Limit the time you spend watching TV. Many studies have linked your TV watching habit with the increased risk to develop type 2 diabetes.

> Eat beans regularly to maintain/lose weight. The soluble fiber in beans slows down the rate of digestion, allowing the feeling of fullness to stay long

> Add lemon or milk to the tea or drink tea between meals, so that tea doesn't interfere with the absorption of iron from fruits & vegetables.
